East Greenwich Lacrosse Association Refund Policy

Spring Season

Any player that cancels their registration prior to March 1st is entitled to a refund of their registration fee, less a $25 processing fee. After March 1st, they have forfeited the entire registration fee. If there extenuating circumstances (such as injury or health of the player), the details will be presented to the Board to determine whether a partial refund will be permitted.

These decisions are made with the understanding that the player has made a commitment to participate when they register. Withdrawal at a later date often prevents other children from having a roster spot or have an adverse effect on the number of teams the Association is able to enter into the Rhode Island Youth Lacrosse Association.

Summer League

Any player that cancels their registration before the summer pinnies have been ordered is entitled to a refund of their registration fee, less a $10 processing fee. Please email eastgreenwichlax@gmail.com to inquire into whether the pinnie order has been processed. After that point, they have forfeited the entire registration fee.

Winter Clinics

Any player that cancels their registration before the first clinic is entitled to a refund of their registration fee, less a $25 processing fee. After that point, they have forfeited the entire registration fee.
